Booking
Photo Booth & Setup
We encourage you to fill out our contact page to check availability for your event date. For any additional questions, please email us at info@mediatrixphotobooth.com or call us at 1.844.HEY-TRIX.
To secure the date for your event, we require a signed rental agreement and a $150 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your total balance. Alternatively, you may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
Please note that for bookings made less than 14 days before the event date, full payment and a signed rental agreement are required to reserve our services.
We accept checks, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major debit or credit cards.
If you have already reserved your date and paid the deposit, please note that the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. We will send an invoice for the balance closer to that date to complete your payment.
For bookings made less than 14 days before an event, full payment is required at the time of booking. We will send the rental agreement along with your invoice to finalize the reservation.
Please find the delivery and travel fee details for our photo booth packages below:
- Basic Package: Includes 30 miles of free delivery.
- Deluxe Package: Includes 35 miles of free delivery.
- Premium Package: Includes 40 miles of free delivery.
For any travel extending beyond the mileage included in your selected package, a separate travel fee of $1 per mile will be applied.
We charge $175 per hour for additional photo booth session time. If you would like to extend your booking, please inform our attendant before they begin breaking down the booth.
Please note that payment via cash, Venmo, or Zelle is due prior to the start of the additional hour.
You can reserve our services anywhere from one year in advance down to the last minute, depending on our current availability. While we always do our best to accommodate late requests if a date remains open, we highly recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure your specific date is secured.
